Watermark Retirement Village: Cutting the First Watermark Celebration Cake were Russell Jack and Joan Johnson surrounded by Watermark residents.

Watermark Retirement Village Celebrates First Anniversary

The champagne flowed as residents, management and staff came together on August 25, 2010 to celebrate the first anniversary of Watermark Retirement Village Castle Cove.
Watermark is now 80% sold and in a 12-month period has set a new benchmark in retirement in retirement sales.
Dr Chris Watt, Watermark’s director said, “Watermark has surpassed our expectations with the rate of sales and confirms our belief that the Lower North Shore was in need of this type of complex”.
Watermark management extended special thanks to all the residents for embracing their new community and giving the complex a warm, friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
The establishment of the Castle Cove Library within the grounds has been a huge bonus for the local community and offers a diverse range of activities for every age group.
Mayor Pat Reilly, who opened the complex, said that the Castle Cove library and community learning centre has strengthened the core of the local neighbourhood by providing a central gathering and meeting space for the local Castle Cove community.
The Watermark success story should be no surprise considering its superb location together with the quality and design of the luxury apartments. Watermark expects to be sold soon, so for those still considering the move, time is of the essence.
